 In an unusual parallel to the world we all know exists a place where the commonplace horse is more than what meets the eye. In Hanuel, the darkness has become more than just a definition of Night, but a means of living for those who have fallen under it's strange element. Horses are not longer just horses but walking nightmares; boogeymen, imps, daemons, monsters...they are all here and waiting in the darkness - ready to eat the innocent alive. They have thrived here for many thousands of years and the land is riddled with mysterious creatures who were once just like you, a simple horse. Will you fall prey to the night just like them? Or, Will you resist it? Will you hold onto the light in such a way that you embody it? Not only can horses here in Hanuel embrace the darkness but they can take in the sunlight as well. So much so, they can harness it and use it to their will to keep the monsters at bay.
